Can I return the product if I have used it or is broken?
Yes, we accept returns for any reason.
Where should I mail the return?
Include receipt with your return or legibly write Order Number with name and email on paper with return.

Who covers the cost of shipping for return?
The customer covers the cost of shipping materials and postage. Shipping costs are not refunded.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How soon do I get refund?
The full cost of the product will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving. The refund should show up in you account within 2-3 business days of the refund being issued. Christian Faith Wellness will email you within 24 hours of receiving return.
I haven't received my refund yet?
Email support@christianfaithwellness.com to confirm we have received the return and issued refund.
What if item was a gift?
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the return process remains the same. The purchaser will receive the full refund.
